The residential building is located in Voula, in the southern suburbs of Athens, a seaside area with a pleasant, warm climate and unobstructed views to the nearby islands. The complex is located near the sea, as well as the vibrant and well-organized areas of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni. Wonderful beaches can be found in only a ten minutes’ drive, while Athen’s city centre and Athens international airport are less than half an hour away.
